Thrifted frame - $10 Custom size cut acid free foam core at Hobby Lobby - $8 Blue velvet chalk paint from Hobby Lobby - 7.29 Laced and framed by myself for a total of $25.29! 😊 #considerthelilies #heartstringsamplery
