Ira Ray Crow

Well, I've decided that Ms. Ida Mae has been waiting way too long for her husband to arrive, so it was time to stitch him up!!
He is such a fun stitch! I love these designs by The Goode Huswife. I am stitching him on 25 count potato lugana, just as I did for Ida Mae. They will be a matching pair :)

I put out some of our Fall decor, although it's still in the 90's this week... Will it ever end?!! I hope the cooler weather arrives soon!!! I found this pretty Autumn cross for our front door...

More decor for the porch...

I made some pretty wreaths for our back porch too....

Looks so pretty from the inside as well!

I think I will be sewing up some new pillowcases today. And working on this scarf for our church ministry...

Thank you for stopping by and I wish you all a wonderful day filled with many
Blessings my dear friends!

  1. Ira Ray Crow is looking good, Louise. Your wreaths along with your fall décor looks great. They had rows upon rows of potted mums at Tractor Supply today, but I came home empty-handed. With this heat, it is just too early.

    1. Hi Robin! Thanks for coming by my blog, much appreciated! Even if it's hot still, I decorate with hopes of it being cooler soon. I'm just way too excited for Fall to arrive! ;)

  2. Your cross stitch is so beautiful; I am dreaming about trying something other than 14 count Aida...can my eyes and fingers manage the higher count. I love your generosity with your crocheting too. Happy Stitching!!

Nice fall decoration that you have already up. But it's autumn after all :)

    1. Paulette, these charts are now out of print. You can find them on eBay or etsy sometimes when someone is selling their charts they no longer need. I have already given away my Ida Mae, and my Ira Ray is already spoken for, I'm so sorry. I know you can find them if you keep your eye out for them. Best wishes!
