Happy Birthday and a new Crochet Ipod Sock :)

Our daughter turned 15 years old today. We cannot believe it! My how the years have flown by...
We are so proud of the young lady she has become. There was a family celebration and lots of fun. I took my daughter to a Paramore concert. She was thrilled! She received such nice gifts from her friends and family.
I think she really had a nice birthday this year. Her cookie cake was so yummy!

Here is a little gift I crocheted for her. It is an ipod sock. Her favorite color is blue, so I had used blue Cream and Sugar yarn.
It was pretty easy to make. I found the pattern at http://www.lionbrand.com/
You have to register to get the free patterns, but it is so worth it!

Happy 15th Birthday our sweet Angel Christine!
We sure do love you!!

  1. Hi Louise,
Happy birthday to your daughter!! I know what you mean. Our youngest son turned 16 this summer, I simply cannot believe it! Thanks for posting a comment on my blog. I love the crochet sock!! I considered myself mainly a cross stitcher but now I am really turning into a crocheter! A beginner one as I think you said in one of your posts. Glad to see there are fellow cross stitchers who dabble in crochet out there! lol I also love your raggedy Ann. I have always been a fan. I always had them grown up. Many years ago my hubby got me a raggedy Ann but not Andy so I need to find a partner for her soon as she has been lonely for oh too many years :-)Happy stitching
